HIT - Annual Officer’s Certificate

On October 14, 2021, HIT REIT and Computershare entered into an amendment to the CVR Agreement, dated as of June 30, 2021, to modify the definition of “Permitted Transfers” to include certain “Transfers” that do not result in a change in beneficial owner.
